I hired Cari to help me clean up and get rid of “maybe someday” stuff. She keeps me focused and gently nudges me into decision making.

Between sessions, I recall her suggestion to spend 10 minute periods to accomplish one small step at a time. These steps add up and the satisfaction I feel in accomplishing something small but complete encourages me to spend 10 minutes the next day.

Moreover, Cari is pleasant to be around, which makes the entire process easier.

CariAnne Kestrel was a life saver for my husband and I. We have a three bedroom home and Cari and I spent a couple of months trying to free ourselves of unnecessary possessions. I am more emotionally attached to things than my husband.
